Asia Janina Dyrkacz was born in Poland and earned a teaching degree before she came to The United States. She has received certification from FIT in New York City in Image Consulting and Fashion Feng Shui. Asia is a co-founder of the critically acclaimed Chopin Theatre in Chicago, and has been named one of “100 Women making a Difference” by Today Chicago Women. She has been featured on the Discovery Health Channel, VVH- Hamptons Television and LTV- Hamptons Hello Morning talk show. Her modeling work has appeared in Marie Claire, O the Oprah Magazine, More Magazine. She has worked in many runway shows for Hermes in Paris, and has appeared in five national US Target commercials and others .
Asia has made several pilgrimages to Rehabilitation/Ashram centers in India to study and practice Eastern techniques and treatments, including Vipassana – silent meditation and practice Kundalini Yoga / Meditation.
Asia also received certification from Super Health , a system of Yogic science to break habits and addictive behavior. She volunteered in the Chemical Dependency Program in Harlem and Project Renewal Shelters, introducing meditation in group therapies and developing a spiritual pilot program, including Kundalini Yoga practices in recovery and healing .
